Tinian Wyndham Ocean View Hotel and Casino , located in a rising investment land - the unique port in Tinian, US, is close to the famous Kammer Beach. With ground area of about 430,000 square foot, this project is invested, developed and constructed by Bridge Investment Group, LLC (BIG), which includes Port Hotel, Tinian Wyndham Ocean View & Hotel as well as wharf, ferry and shopping street etc.

FERRY SERVICE

Tinian Wyndham Ocean View Hotel and Casino will run the only ferry between Saipan and Tinian, which will significantly improve the local infrastructure and medical services. Further, it will guarantee the personal safety of islanders and tourists.

The terminal will provide roll-on/roll-off vehicles services that will benefit all of Tinian’s residents. The ferry is expected to be running by September 2020.

OPERATION and TOURISM DEVELOPMENT

Bridge Investment Group ("BIG"), the gaming license holder, is constructing a Resort and Casino in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands ("CNMI") of United States. The resort and casino board 300 hotel rooms.

More than 650,000 people visited CNMI, an increase of nearly 30 percent in 2017, and the sixth consecutive year of growth. The hospitality industry in CNMI regularly reports occupancy rates above 85%.

Tinian Wyndham Ocean View Hotel and Casino with ground area of about 40,000 M2, this project is invested, developed and constructed by Bridge Investment Group, LLC (BIG). The phase 1 is scheduled to begin operation by September of 2020.
